I trained in UK and India, and have extensive experience in different specialties of Psychiatry over 20 years. Before joining Psychiatry I had training in Internal medicine and its sub-specialties, that has given me a sound footing in managing physical disorders associated with Psychiatry, and also gives me confidence in differentiating between overlapping situations. I have done a number of medico-legal reports mainly in relation to patients under my care, and have experience in writing court reports, with a good knowledge of current law relating to mental health and learning disabilities.
