Biography
I am trained as a clinical psychologist, and this training is generic, working with people across all ages, and with reference to a range of therapeutic techniques, assessments, formulations, treatments and interventions. I have particular experience of child and family work, and within this provide a specialist assessment clinic for Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD); independent expert witness work, and assessment as part of legal proceedings; and in addition to my NHS employment, I have run a diverse independent practice since 1992.
In addition to clinical activity, I am experienced in facilitating and developing individuals, teams, and services; supervision, mentoring, and consultation; research and service evaluation; and working at a strategic organisational level.
