Exit at junction 4 and proceed as if you are coming into the centre of High Wycombe. Just past the gyratory system at the top of Marlow Hill, filter right (sign-posted Flackwell Heath) and proceed on this road for about 4 miles until just before the bottom of the hill. Turn left into Red Lion Way.
By car from M40 from the direction of London or the M25
Exit at junction 3 (you cannot exit here if coming from Oxford direction) and as you come off the slip road, turn immediately left (almost back on yourself) towards Maidenhead, Bourne End, Wooburn Green (A4094). This will also be the route you follow if you are coming from High Wycombe. Continue straight on at the small roundabout just under the motorway until you come to Wooburn Green (you will see The Green on your left). If you are lucky you may be able to park on your right but otherwise turn right and right again behind the pub car-park into Red Lion Way and then follow the directions below.
By car from Bourne End, Cookham or Maidenhead
Driving from Bourne End, Cookham or Maidenhead you will find yourself on The Green. If there is nowhere to park at the front near Tescos, go round The Green and then turn left and immediately right behind the pub car-park into Red Lion Way and then follow the directions below.
After turning into Red Lion Way ignore the first car-park on your right for Tesco’s and either park in the second car park or on the roadway. Walk through the alleyway to the right-hand side of Suffolk House as you face it and The Alec Forti Rooms are halfway down (if you look up you will see the hanging sign). If you have managed to park out the front you will approach from the left-hand side of the building and will encounter the hanging sign from the other side.
If you are disabled and need dropping off your driver can enter the car-park directly behind Suffolk House which is the turning after the car-park on the right.
